- Skilled in using IBM DOORS, EA Sparx, CAMEO, Siemens Team Centre with hands-on experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage both internal and external subcontractors.
- Strong background in requirements management and systems architecture, delivering scalable and robust solutions.
- Through systems thinking to be able to see the bigger picture.
- Understanding of UK MOD standards and accreditation processes (desirable).
