- You will assist our customers with technical questions, help troubleshoot issues and proactively work to prevent disruptions
Requirements
- You have already obtained a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or the Abitur (general university entrance qualification), or you are about to complete it
- You have a strong interest in learning about IT systems, in working through technical contexts and understanding them thoroughly so you can competently support customers
- Your strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable addition to any team
