Responsibilities
You will work with various systems such as Windows Consumer Edition, Windows Server and Linux
You will learn the fundamentals and finer points of network technology, take care of monitoring solutions and implement backup concepts
You will gain in-depth experience with our PLM software and actively participate in customer support
You will assist our customers with technical questions, help troubleshoot issues and proactively work to prevent disruptions
Requirements
You have already obtained a technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or the Abitur (general university entrance qualification), or you are about to complete it
You have a strong interest in learning about IT systems, in working through technical contexts and understanding them thoroughly so you can competently support customers
Your strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable addition to any team
Commitment, ability to work independently and teamwork are natural to you
