About the role

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for automation throughout the company and implement solutions that improve the velocity of Clions all over the globe.
- Diving into an unknown technical system or business domains, and learning its idiosyncrasies and mechanisms to build robust and informed integrations around it.
- Deploy and maintain infrastructure for our internal services using tools such as Terraform, Kubernetes, and AWS Lambda.
- Continually grow and strive to push technical boundaries.
- Partnering with other teams and departments across the org to understand their bottlenecks and pain points, and developing automations to solve for them.
- Act as a mentor for junior members of the team.
Requirements
- Practical experience with common Infra as Code tools such as Terraform.
- Practical experience in at least two of the following: Ruby, Python, Bash/Shell, Golang
- In depth knowledge in administration of common SaaS environments such as Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, etc.
- Knowledge of modern MDM systems for both macOS and Windows.
- Fluency in modern API standards such as REST and GraphQL - and authentication mechanisms commonly used in both.
- Ability to leverage CI and CD platforms such as Github Actions, Buildkite, etc.
- Practical familiarity with iPaaS tools such as Workato, Okta Workflows, or Boomi.
- Experience with leveraging AI to increase velocity.
