Requirements
- Experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases
- Creating user interface design specifications through researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios, while working closely with application developers
- Experience directing/conducting usability testing
- Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and PenPot
- Certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus
