About the role
- The UX team collaborates with developers, managers, and system engineers to ensure intelligence products remain modern, cutting-edge, and highly usable
- The team researches and documents user workflows, designs intuitive front-end systems, creates mockups, engages with users for feedback, and works closely with multiple development teams to enhance analyst tools
- The team uses tools such as PenPot, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Experience in each of the usability and software engineering cycle phases
- Creating user interface design specifications through researching and documenting user requirements including profiles, frequent tasks, workflows, and user scenarios, while working closely with application developers
- Experience directing/conducting usability testing
- Proficiency in one or more design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, XD, and PenPot
- Certifications related to Human Factors Engineering or Human Centered Computing are a plus
