About the role
- System Administrator at IntellectEU overseeing network infrastructure operations. Managing helpdesk systems and IT equipment while ensuring efficient MacOS and Windows administration.
Responsibilities
- Supervising daily operations of office network infrastructure (maintenance routers, switches, access points, printers, etc.)
- Managing helpdesk system: solving all technical problems with any software or hardware.
- Responsibility for IT equipment (setup and maintenance), cable management, video surveillance system, access control system, etc.
- MacOS and Windows systems administration.
- Managing user accounts, groups, roles, etc.
- Managing macOS and Windows MDM systems.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional experience in the relevant position
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant field
- Upper-intermediate English level
- Administration experience with Windows and/or macOS based operating systems
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Nice to have: Work experience with Firewall, VPN (IPSec/OpenVPN)
- Experience with Clouds (AWS)
- Experience with MDM Azure AD, Microsoft 365
- Soft skills: Initiative, Responsibility, Eager to get into technical details, Engineering mindset
