- Identify potential new business and innovation opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years sustainability experience within packaging or FMCG companies – ideally 5 + years
- Sales experience or customer facing roles
- Action and team oriented
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving, and creativity
- Keen interest in consumer / shopper behaviour, retailing, FMCG supply chains and the fast-changing sales channels
- Passionate about growing businesses in partnership with customers.
- Excellent language skills, oral and written, in English as well as one of our Baltic or Nordic languages.
