Responsibilities
- Performs analysis to identify and develop business improvement opportunities and to evaluate return on investment (ROI) of the opportunity.
- Leverage Right Part Right Time methodologies to illuminate Velocity defects
- Analyze data to identify critical supply chain gaps and lead projects to define root causes and establish and implement permanent corrective actions
- Identify, define, and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements, including building internal and external alliances to explore opportunities
- Establish and govern effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions
- Provide Assurance of Supply support across the Integrated Components Division
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Engineering, or demonstrate equivalent knowledge through professional expertise.
- Supply Chain Management: Lead cross-functional teams to implement supply chain improvements.
- Planning: Tactical, Strategic: Develops, refines, and communicates tactical plans for own responsibilities.
- Effectiveness Measurement: Under guidance, reports measurement results in actionable form to management.
- Conflict Management: Mediates and resolves conflicts among individuals, groups, and departments.
