About the role

  • Oversee and optimize both broadliner and direct ship distribution programs across the system.
  • Keep our systems up-to-date and accurate, managing all SKUs from smallwares to supply items.
  • Lead the supply side of new location openings, including setting up vendors, managing opening orders, and ensuring a smooth start.
  • Be the point person for our distributor partners; build strong, clear, and collaborative working relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to save, streamline, and scale with impact.
  • Operate as the go-to partner for operations, supply chain, and store teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, franchise, or F&B environments , ideally supporting multi-unit operations.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with managing large datasets and supply tools.
  • A sharp analytical mind paired with creative problem-solving instincts.
  • Exceptional communication. You’ll work with vendors, operators, and internal teams daily.
  • The ability to manage complexity and stay calm under pressure.
  • A desire to grow with a company that’s building something big.
