About the role

  • Contribute to Regal Rexnord’s enterprise-wide sourcing and supply chain transformation initiatives, supporting an annual spend of ~$3.2B through data-driven insights and process optimization.
  • Develop and manage project plans and timelines to successfully deploy new supply chain technologies across the organization.
  • Design, implement, and maintain governance framework, policies, and templates for procurement tools such as iBuy, iSupplier, spend analytics platforms, and other emerging technologies to enhance sourcing effectiveness and maturity.
  • Ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of supplier performance management systems, strategic sourcing platforms, and spend management tools.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to assess business requirements, promote process consistency, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in procurement and supply chain technologies to inform and support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency and performance.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support Supply Chain’s strategic goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering
  • Demonstrated experience with supply chain systems implementation and policy documentation
  • Experience with DOMO Business Intelligence Instances and Microsoft 0365 applications is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain role
  • Detail oriented and ability to be precise
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics tools
  • Capable of working independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously, performing effectively under pressure and strict deadlines, and prioritizing tasks as required
  • Ability to support multifaced business requirements established by each Segment.
  • Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with broad base of business requirements
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills
