- Resolve complex issues and continuously develop our ways of working
- Collaborate cross-functionally and lead initiatives that create tangible business impact across the end-to-end supply chain
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Solid understanding of transport, planning, inventory, and key performance drivers
- Experience working with ERP and TMS systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Transporeon or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and drive improvements
- Experience managing recurring operational challenges and improving performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Fluency in English and confidence working in an international setting
