About the role
- GOL is looking for a Supply Analyst to procure medium complexity aircraft materials and negotiate contracts. Emphasizing innovation in the Brazilian aviation sector.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure medium-complexity aircraft materials for the maintenance and engineering teams, in accordance with the current Purchasing Policy;
- Lead purchase and contract negotiations, identifying the best commercial terms for GOL with suppliers to meet internal client needs; monitor/control compliance with commercial clauses, quality, and documentation;
- Track and resolve process inconsistencies;
- Monitor and handle quarantines;
- Continuously follow up to ensure material delivery within the stipulated timeframe;
- Negotiate expedited deliveries with suppliers when necessary;
- Identify process improvement opportunities and mitigate potential issues; monitor performance indicators;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree;
- Knowledge of supply chain;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
- Experience purchasing medium-complexity aircraft materials;
- Experience in purchasing and contract negotiations, identifying the best commercial terms;
- Advanced English;
- Experience with SAP (Ariba and ECC) and familiarity with the aviation industry.
