About the role

• Supplier Management Analyst ensuring supply chain integrity through supplier evaluation and risk monitoring while maintaining data accuracy in ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Governance and Supplier Onboarding: Monitor the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, perform risk analysis (Due Diligence), and verify all legal and tax documentation. Keep status and information up to date in ERP systems (ARIBA/SAP);
• Master Data and Registration Management: Review and perform the creation/updates of Material and Service master records in the SAP ERP system. Ensure correct tax classification (NCM) in alignment with the Tax/Accounting department;
• Analysis and Strategic Support: Produce reports and performance indicators (KPIs) for the area (e.g., lead time, rejection rate). Participate in certification audits and act as a facilitator, training internal teams (Purchasing) on registration and onboarding processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• Experience with reviewing and validating service invoices and payment documentation;
• Experience in controlling and monitoring document workflows;
• Proficiency in Excel for data handling, report generation, and building indicators;
• Experience with ARIBA/SAP considered a plus.
