As a Manager in the RBS Strategy team, you'll work on high-impact projects improving customer experience in Retail Banking. Collaborate with senior leaders and support the retail bank transformation.

Identify key opportunities and make recommendations to improve customer experience and optimise ways of working.
Contribute to the RBS Strategy and retail bank transformation to deliver on improved customer outcomes.
Participate in insights generation to understand/reframe the problem, including stakeholder interviews, customer interviews and desk research.
Assess commercial opportunities through multiple lenses.
Support in synthesising insights into succinct findings via mixed media (reports, videos, journey maps etc.).
Support in planning and facilitating ideation sessions and workshops.
Craft hypotheses and success metrics to evaluate concepts during testing.
Support in the creation of project deliverables including insights reports, delivery roadmaps and end to end strategies.
Requirements
1-3 years’ experience in business strategy consulting at a major consulting firm or corporate in-house strategy function, with Financial Services exposure.
Strong financial acumen with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Legal or a related field.
Attention to detail, ability to work effectively and to address diverse problems with guidance from experienced leaders.
Curiosity, collaboration and a structured approach to solving problems.
Robust communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Interest for the Australian Retail Banking industry.
