About the role
- Strategic Advisor for Clinical Assets at TRIMEDX managing client relationships and saving costs through effective asset management. Requires experience in acute-care environments and strong strategic thinking.
Responsibilities
- Identify and lead projects that save our clients’ money
- Projects are focused in areas like deferring purchases, validating purchase requests, and monetizing asset ROI
- Track and report financial and operational benefits
- Work with client leaders to establish the TRIMEDX toolset as the source of truth
- Develop high-touch relationships with client leaders
- Facilitate organizational communications on clinical asset lifecycle issues
- Identify trends of escalated issues and develop processes to address them
- Provide analytics and project management support for client initiatives
Requirements
- 5 + years of leadership experience in an acute-care hospital environment
- Prior management and leadership experience, with 5 + years of experience in healthcare services delivery
- Strong healthcare business perspective and industry/market awareness
- Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to tie back to actionable, measurable plans
- Proven expertise in managing change
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong presentation, written/oral communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to draw insights from data
