Responsibilities
- Participate in audit planning, fieldwork, workpaper and financial statement preparation as well as client communication
- Conduct accounting compilations and reviews
- Preparation of individual, fiduciary, business tax returns
- Prepare sales and payroll taxes
- Conduct bookkeeping and related functions
- Provide outstanding client service and communication
- Maintain active communications within the firm to manage expectations, safeguard client satisfaction and ensure deadlines are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Accounting
- CPA strongly preferred, or pursuing
- Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in public accounting preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Software (Desktop and Online)
- Highly developed software and Microsoft Suite skills
- Proficient in CCH software a plus
