Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience in applications development and/or system architecture, with at least 1 year as a technical lead
- 4+ years of experience preferred
- Demonstrated leadership capability working across technical teams
- Demonstrated proficiency in at least one of Sentry’s major software development platforms – Java, .NET, Python
- Familiarity with multiple programming languages and platforms
- Proficiency in software patterns, delivery practices, and secure coding best practices in software development preferred
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills to balance multiple initiatives in parallel
