Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Kotlin

Participate in agile ceremonies including daily standups, planning, and breakdown sessions
Work closely with Staff Engineers and cross-functional teams to define technical direction and team goals
Support internal monitoring and alerting systems to ensure platform reliability
Engage in system design, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in similar software development roles
Solid understanding of object-oriented principles, data structures, and algorithms
Proficient in backend technologies including Java and Kotlin (Spring Boot)
Familiarity with frontend technologies like TypeScript and React
Comfortable working in dynamic environments with flexible scopes and evolving priorities
Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Nice-to-have: Experience with multithreaded systems and distributed architectures
Nice-to-have: Familiarity with messaging and caching tools like RabbitMQ, Redis, Kafka
Nice-to-have: Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
