Requirements
- 1. Experience in Workday Studio Development, Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
- 2. Strong working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML and XSLT.
- 3. Experience and solid understanding of Workday integration design, testing concepts and integration frameworks, data conversion concepts and business processes.
- 4. Handled minimum one data migration/conversion from legacy to Workday Financials plus if Great Plains.
- 5. Integration with other systems with Workday Financials and managing administration
- 6. Understanding of system development lifecycle, including production support.
- 7. Experience in project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
- 8. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and managing teams of consultants, developers, and analysts.
- Qualifications
- 1. 5 years of experience in Workday Implementation in Finance domain.
- 2. 4 plus current years in Integration and administration Workday mainly Finance but can consider HR as well in total experience.
