Software Architect responsible for Digital Identity solutions at ADEO, designing IAM architectures and ensuring compliance. Collaborative role within the HR platform, contributing to business security and performance.
Responsibilities
Define target architectures: Design and document technical architectures (HLD/LLD) for new IAM solutions, ensuring alignment with the ADEO ecosystem (Cloud, Security, Data)
Advise and evangelize: Support product teams and Business Units in selecting and integrating the best identity solutions, promoting standards and best practices
Technical expertise: Provide deep expertise on our core solutions, notably One Identity Manager for Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and the Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingAccess) for SSO, identity federation and API security
Directory management: Contribute to the strategy for modernizing and rationalizing our LDAP directories, defining migration plans and target data models
Security and compliance: Ensure that designed solutions comply with the group’s security policies and applicable regulations (GDPR, etc.)
Technology watch: Maintain an active watch on digital identity market trends (Decentralized Identity, FIDO2/Passkeys, etc.) and evaluate their relevance for ADEO.
Requirements
8+ years of IT experience, including at least 5 years as an IAM/CIAM Architect or in a software architecture role
Proven expertise with One Identity Manager
Deep knowledge of the Ping Identity ecosystem (including PingFederate)
Strong knowledge of LDAP directories (schemas, optimization, replication)
Excellent understanding of SAML, OIDC and OAuth 2.0 protocols
Cloud experience (GCP / Azure) highly desirable
Professional English (documentation, meetings, international environment)
