About the role

  • Support the development of social media strategies based on performance data and insights
  • Plan, produce and publish content (Reels, posts and campaigns) on Instagram and TikTok — based on identified trends and original format ideas
  • Monitor trends and conduct market analysis to continuously evolve our strategies and best practices
  • Interact with our community and proactively manage community engagement
  • Support the strategic and operational management of influencer and ambassador campaigns
  • Analyze the performance of your content and derive measures to optimize it

Requirements

  • You have a strong instinct for social media and spend far too much time on Instagram / TikTok
  • You have a sense of humor that resonates with students
  • You’re creative and can excite our target audience with engaging ideas
  • You feel comfortable on camera and are willing to be part of the content yourself
  • You are numbers-oriented, interested in KPIs, and want to extract real insights from data
  • You’re eager to work with a young team while taking on independent responsibility
  • Bonus: You have initial experience in social media marketing or content creation, have already built your own following, or have experience creating viral content
