Make engaging videos, keep conversations alive and moderate comments to improve brand reputation and drive engagement.
Produce UGC-style videos, Reels and TikToks including editing.
Write hooks, captions, and CTAs.
Ship trends fast.
Appear in videos when helpful.
Coach teammates to be camera-ready.
Reply in comments with personality and strategic replies to boost engagement.
Maintain a simple content calendar.
Track views, engagement, saves, watch time and click-through. Share weekly learnings.
Requirements

Comfortable on camera.
Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar).

Experience with automation tools such as Make or Zapier (preferred skill, not required).
Portfolio or links showing short-form content with strong engagement or channel growth.
Clear written English. German is a plus.
