Social Media & Content Marketing Intern for Universal Music GmbH's digital communication strategies and campaigns in Hip-Hop/Rap. Collaborating with artists to enhance digital content and fan engagement.
Responsibilities
Support the team in brainstorming and implementing creative digital campaigns
Assist with productions for and with our artists; create videos for social media
Communicate releases across appropriate social media channels
Research information about artists and prepare presentations
Conduct campaign analyses and performance tracking
Monitor trends on social media
Write creative copy and stories for the fanbase
Support the creation and maintenance of websites/landing pages using a CMS
Requirements
You are studying Design, Journalism, Communication Studies, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field
Good knowledge of the main social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
Some hands-on experience in social media
Basic image and video editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, and PowerPoint
Very good command of the German language
Initial experience with content management systems is desirable
Structured and independent working style
Enthusiasm for music and an affinity with the Hip‑Hop/Rap genre
