- Creative Social Media Analyst managing content schedules and performance on various social media channels. Collaborates with teams and clients to create engaging content based on analysis and trends.
Responsibilities
- Daily work as part of a squad focused on a single client;
- Posting content on social media channels;
- Creative contribution to the development of new assets by the Art teams and partner production agencies;
- Leading creative brainstorms for editorial planning;
- Building an editorial calendar focused on different audience profiles and platforms;
- Writing copy for creative assets and content;
- Producing and presenting periodic reports and analyses;
- Client-facing role alongside the Account team (Client Services) to discuss content plans, results, and new content opportunities;
- Managing influencer campaigns, from research and contracting to execution of deliverables;
- Aligning with Strategic Planning, SEO, Community, and Media teams.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and producing content for all social channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok);
- Experience extracting performance data for content on these networks using each channel's analytics or any market-available tools;
- Creativity;
- Knowledge of social media data terminology and metrics;
- Proficiency in Portuguese and excellent writing skills;
- Agility in task execution and strong organizational skills;
- Team player;
- Be a curious, well-informed, focused, and proactive person who can manage, research, and create engaging content, and capitalize on and optimize daily trending opportunities that the client can relate to.
