- Define, implement and manage SMM strategy across different markets
- Develop and expand existing and new SMM channels
- Fulfill department and personal KPIs
- Regularly review acquisition performance to measure effectiveness and ensure profitability
- Identify and monitor ROI
- Monitor SMM spending and ensure it is in line with agreed budgets
- Have freedom to make decisions and implement ideas
Requirements
- Fluent Turkish
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Experience as an SMM/Acquisition manager
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong negotiator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to understand and interpret data to make informed decisions and drive profitability
- Good strategy and planning management skills
- Minimum experience: Mid-level
