Design and execute national sales strategies
Ensure accurate planning through collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain
Optimize revenue through strategic customer management
Identify opportunities within existing accounts
Enhance margin performance and deliver commercial success
Cultivate a high-performance culture and coach team members
Contribute to broader business development as part of the senior management team
Requirements
Business degree at BSc level or equivalent
5-7 years business experience, of which 4-5 years’ experience comes from commercial leadership roles
Experience of large customer sales and/or experience as sales manager and/or Business Development
Experience and ability to work independently in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamic
Proven ability to intelligently operate and navigate in a multinational, corporate environment
Profound experience working in matrix roles
Experience with stakeholder management
Excellent language skills, oral and written, in English as well as one of our Baltic or Nordic languages.
