About the role

  • Lead SME customer engagement across North EMEA
  • Design and execute national sales strategies
  • Ensure accurate planning through collaboration with Finance and Supply Chain
  • Optimize revenue through strategic customer management
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts
  • Enhance margin performance and deliver commercial success
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture and coach team members
  • Contribute to broader business development as part of the senior management team

Requirements

  • Business degree at BSc level or equivalent
  • 5-7 years business experience, of which 4-5 years’ experience comes from commercial leadership roles
  • Experience of large customer sales and/or experience as sales manager and/or Business Development
  • Experience and ability to work independently in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamic
  • Proven ability to intelligently operate and navigate in a multinational, corporate environment
  • Profound experience working in matrix roles
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Excellent language skills, oral and written, in English as well as one of our Baltic or Nordic languages.
