The Services Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing solutions to grow the value of services offered by Motorola Solutions.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders including product teams, sales, marketing, and operations to define the vision and strategy for new service offers.
Partner with different teams across the corporation to enable the new service offers including pricing, orderability, execution, financial trackability, and invoicing.
Work with customers, both channel partners and end-users of our products, to understand the market needs and available opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to increase the value of Managed, Support & Professional services sold for Motorola Solutions.
Work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell services.
Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and customer support to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Analyze data on service usage and trends to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
Manage relationships with key partners and vendors related to services offerings.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to services revenue and profitability.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the state of the services business.
Requirements
Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in business or a technical discipline such as engineering or computer science, MBA is preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of Services relevant work experience, preferably in product management or marketing within a technology or telecommunications industry.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
