Responsibilities
Contribute to the company’s strategy rollout by aligning clear short-, medium- and long-term objectives for the teams under your leadership;
Build strategies that create value for our users, aiming to deliver the best experience with our product and drive business impact;
Engage the team and other stakeholders in decisions about the tribe’s product strategy to gather new perspectives and ensure alignment;
Ensure communication of product developments to users and OLX internal stakeholders, promoting adoption and sustaining the improvements implemented;
Favor simplicity over complexity, ensuring long-term coherence and sustainability of the product; promote an agile mindset of starting small and focusing on learning, iterating quickly to continuously deliver value to users and the business;
Own the KPIs for your area, monitor them and ensure targets are met;
Deliver high-impact results aligned with the product’s strategic objectives.
Requirements
Extensive product management experience in technology companies;
Data-driven profile with strong data analysis skills;
A rigorously analytical, metrics-oriented approach to problem solving;
Strong collaboration skills with all business areas (commercial/sales, finance, marketing) as well as with engineers and product managers;
Excellent communication skills.
