About the role

  • Advogado(a) Sócio(a) de Serviço in consumer law and credit recovery at vezzilapolla.legal. Engaging in judicial processes and providing legal support while ensuring compliance with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

  • Work on active matters in the Credit Recovery area, handling court proceedings and arbitration procedures;
  • Draft all pleadings and case documents for the portfolio;
  • Negotiate and execute settlements;
  • Complete entries in the firm’s and client’s case management systems;
  • Monitor procedural progress and case status;
  • Perform other routine portfolio-related activities.

Requirements

  • Active OAB registration (São Paulo);
  • Completed law degree; postgraduate studies in the practice area preferred;
  • Knowledge of Consumer and Civil Law;
  • Experience with Civil Procedure (mandatory);
  • Strong legal writing and reasoning skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Good communication skills and professional demeanor;
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work and urgent demands;
  • Oral and written communication skills;
  • Reliability and regular attendance.
