- Participate in judicial and extrajudicial negotiations seeking consensual solutions;
- Case follow-up: deadlines, notifications and diligences;
- Maintain regular communication with clients about the status of their cases;
- Update internal and external systems, uploading documents and case movements;
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure the best defense strategy.
Requirements
- Law degree with active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Prior experience in civil litigation
- Familiarity with courts' electronic systems (PJe, e-SAJ, Projudi, among others)
- Strong legal writing skills, organization and ability to meet deadlines
- Committed, communicative and results-oriented profile.
