Responsibilities
Support the Regional Management as the central point of contact for our key customers
Participate in customer meetings and team meetings, both virtually and on-site
Proactively manage issues and risks between customers and regional delivery teams
Responsible for ensuring customer commitments to ATC are met to guarantee on-time delivery
Track and coordinate delivery schedules and customer inputs to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
Proven professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in telecommunications
Experience in project management and successful project delivery
Strong knowledge of common project management methodologies and their practical application
High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing, processing, and preparing documentation
Proficient with Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Desirable: Experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
