About the role

  • Service Manager supporting telecommunications company American Tower with site development and rollout. Responsible for customer management and project coordination in a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Management as the central point of contact for our key customers
  • Participate in customer meetings and team meetings, both virtually and on-site
  • Proactively manage issues and risks between customers and regional delivery teams
  • Responsible for ensuring customer commitments to ATC are met to guarantee on-time delivery
  • Track and coordinate delivery schedules and customer inputs to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in telecommunications
  • Experience in project management and successful project delivery
  • Strong knowledge of common project management methodologies and their practical application
  • High attention to detail, particularly when reviewing, processing, and preparing documentation
  • Proficient with Office 365, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Desirable: Experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
