Responsibilities
Overall management of supply-side and feed-in-side connection requests
Ensuring smooth operation of the service center
Lead of the feed-in registration and commissioning process
Grid-technical assessment and review of connection requests
Responsibility for the development and operation of grid-customer-facing front- and back-end systems
Contribution to the further development of the CRM, the voice bot and other projects
Optimization of processes and workflows as well as implementation of legal and regulatory requirements
Close collaboration with adjacent areas such as network usage, metering and planning/construction
Leadership and development of a team of around ten employees
Requirements
Completed technical or commercial training with several years of professional experience in connection/registration processes in the energy sector and relevant additional qualifications
Several years of leadership experience
Experience with Schleupen or similar energy-sector billing systems
High self-motivation, sense of responsibility, solution-oriented working style and enjoyment of teamwork
Strong IT affinity and proficiency in MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver’s license (class B)
