Responsibilities
Provide technical support to our customers and colleagues in the pharmaceutical, energy, research and development, environmental and biomedical sectors
Work on-site in a variety of laboratories across the Greater Frankfurt area and support customers with product solutions in the field of atomic spectroscopy
Perform installation and optimization of hardware, software and network products
Carry out maintenance and repairs, diagnose and resolve product performance issues, and provide end-to-end solutions
Implement fully coordinated solutions that may include peripherals, communication systems, operating systems and application software
Ensure customer satisfaction by training users on preventive maintenance, configuration and optimal use of the high-end features of Agilent systems and software
Provide bespoke advice in collaboration with the sales team to ensure customer success
Requirements
Completed vocational training or a degree in natural or engineering sciences, e.g., (analytical) chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology or medical engineering, or electrical engineering
Good knowledge/experience with analytical techniques and method development in atomic spectroscopy (AAS, ICP-OES, ICP–MS) in a similar role or as an end user
Experience working with software for instrument data analysis and strong problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting, application support and/or general instrument maintenance
Interest in continuous professional development to expand your skills
Excellent German and English language skills, spoken and written
Attention to detail and processes and adherence to Agilent quality standards
Good handling of customer expectations to balance customer requirements with business needs
Ideally residing in the Greater Frankfurt area or willing to relocate there
