- Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supporting and troubleshooting operational workflows that power music rights management.
- Providing administrative and operational support to cross-functional projects and ad hoc client needs.
- Leveraging SQL and Python to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes.
- Monitoring system integrity and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Taking ownership of data integration tasks and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Conducting tailored data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that support decision-making.
- Monitoring client requests in shared platforms and ensuring they are processed accurately.
- Maintaining meticulous documentation of tasks, progress, and process updates.
- Contributing to process optimization and automation initiatives, working with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Python
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase)
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex situations
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt (Nice to Have)
- Knowledge of the music industry or rights management (Nice to Have)
- A genuine love for music (Nice to Have)
