Bilingual advisor providing inbound support to Canadian investment advisors at Fidelity Investments Canada. Delivering client service, product education, and routing inquiries with hybrid schedules.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in an inbound contact centre
Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with support to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies
Answer clients’ requests for information and direct them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis
Represent Fidelity in client interactions and facilitate transfers to internal partners as needed
Participate in extensive training on mutual funds, ETFs, Fidelity products, policies and procedures
Work rotating shifts Monday through Friday between 8am and 8pm EST for Processing and Advisor Service Centre teams
Work on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement
Requirements
College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience
Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is required
Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings
