About the role
- Lead high-impact video production for Taxfix Group, shaping narrative through creative video solutions. Collaborate with teams to drive innovative storytelling and production excellence in Germany.
Responsibilities
- Own operational excellence → across project planning, timeline management, budgeting, vendors, call sheets, ppm’s and feedback coordination.
- Creative ideation → Translate insights into ideas, concepts, scripts, boards, and tight shot lists.
- Lead production end to end → Run efficient studio/remote shoots; build/oversee sets; expert editing (in Premiere or equivalent)
- Systemize and innovate with AI → Has experience in production with AI and automation. Can research and implement new AI tools into our workflows, automate redundant tasks, explore creative automation.
- Drive performance-led creative thinking → Partner with Creative Strategist to scope and develop creatives to run fast-paced experiment sprints.
- Platform native thinker → Spot emerging content formats, hooks, and cultural signals
- Key areas you will be producing for - performance, brand, product, internal comms, and PR.
Requirements
- A proactive self-starter with a growth mindset and a strong collaborative approach.
- Adaptable, organised, and clear in stakeholder communication.
- Craft-minded: you have a passion for ideation and narrative storytelling.
- Deep understanding of agency workflows, stakeholder dynamics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experienced in hands-on production and proven expert in post-production (e.g. editing, mixing, grading). Bonus: motion graphics know-how
- Established freelancer/creator network and vendor management.
- Have solid knowledge of Meta and Google ad platforms and formats.
