About the role

  • Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-centered designs with seamless interactions.
  • Create meaningful personas for our target audience and design an intuitive information architecture.
  • Organize user tests and iteratively refine your designs based on feedback and evaluation.
  • Mentor our UX/UI designer, collaborate closely with the frontend team, and update our design guidelines to ensure consistent, effective implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on mobile apps.
  • Proficient with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript.
  • A strong, expressive portfolio showcasing design work and iterations.
  • English at C1 level; German skills are a plus.
