About the role
- Senior UI Designer at QiH Group leading the design of mobile-first digital products and mentoring the design team. Shape user experiences and elevate design standards while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead visual design for mobile-first websites, landing pages, and product UIs across QiH brands.
- Develop and manage scalable design systems and UI libraries that ensure consistency across products while supporting rapid testing and iteration.
- Translate strategic goals, user needs, and data insights into polished, usable, and conversion-led UI solutions
- Collaborate with Product, UX, development, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, end-to-end journeys
- Uphold consistency, accessibility, and best practices across all outputs
- Act as a design leader and mentor to the wider team, offering regular feedback, guidance, and support
- Contribute to the evolution of design processes and documentation
- Help champion a culture of design by data, collaboration, and continuous learning
- Stay ahead of UI trends, tools, and technologies, and bring fresh thinking to the team
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/digital product design experience in a fast-paced, digital-first environment
- Proven ability to lead UI work across multiple projects and stakeholders
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating excellence in UI design, including mobile-first, responsive web and conversion-led design
- Expert in Figma and design system development
- Strong understanding of front-end principles (you don’t need to code, but you need to collaborate)
- Experience working with UX, product, and development teams in agile environments
- A mentor’s mindset – you love helping others grow and build confidence in their craft
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
