About the role

Responsibilities
- Designing intuitive, accessible product experiences across the hx platform, translating complex problems into clear, usable solutions with a focus on evolving our model developer experience from 0 → 1.
- Partnering with product managers, engineers, and researchers to support discovery, ideation, and delivery on well-scoped product initiatives.
- Contributing components and patterns to our design language system, Xpression, helping ensure consistency and quality across the product.
- Maintaining a high bar for design craft through thoughtful interaction design, visual clarity, and iterative improvement based on feedback and data.
- Using AI tools within your own workflow to support research synthesis, exploration, and prototyping, helping the team move faster without sacrificing quality.
- Supporting AI-native discovery and collaboration by bringing structured design thinking into cross-functional work.
Requirements
- Experience designing end-to-end product experiences that are grounded in user needs and deliver clear value.
- Hands-on experience working within a design system, including contributing or refining components and patterns.
- A strong foundation in design craft, with attention to usability, accessibility, and interaction quality.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering in a cross-functional product team.
- Demonstrable use of AI-enabled tools in your design workflow, applied thoughtfully to enhance—not replace—human judgment.
- Clear communication skills and comfort participating in critique, feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
