About the role
- QA Sênior responsible for structuring automation testing processes for digital platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.
Responsibilities
- Map current processes and define the testing and automation strategy for the company's products;
- Select tools, frameworks, and best practices for automated testing, ensuring scalability and efficiency;
- Build and maintain automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar);
- Develop test plans and test suites for functional, regression, integration, and API testing;
- Track and report quality KPIs (test coverage, bugs per release, production incidents);
- Document QA standards, processes, and guidelines for the entire company;
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality deliveries;
- Promote a culture of continuous quality by training and mentoring analysts and developers in QA tools and practices;
- Perform other QA-related activities as required by business needs and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;
- Experience designing and implementing test automation for digital products;
- Experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, or similar);
- Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured);
- Knowledge of BDD (Behavior Driven Development);
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary squads;
- Proven ability to establish quality practices and processes within an organization;
