- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and system integration concepts.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and financial services standards.
- Knowledge of API integrations, data migration, and digital banking initiatives.
