Responsibilities
- Assist customer learning and support team to improve business efficiency by delivering high-quality solutions.
- Analyze current and future business processes, identify and manage risk, and articulate requirements to meet proposed solutions.
- Decompose and translate business requirements into user stories for development team.
- Collaborate with product owner/manager and team to determine priorities and refine product backlog.
- Plan, manage, and perform business analysis activities throughout a project's lifecycle.
- Work with Product Manager to understand and map business processes for business efficiency.
- Ensure creation of initial data, system setups, and configurations needed to support solutions.
- Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure software functionality and performance.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for supported systems and applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of related experience.
- Advanced English skills required.
- Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, building solutions, working with Salesforce developers preferred.
- Implement projects using SDLC/Agile methodologies and practices preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps preferred.
- Experience with testing frameworks preferred.
