About the role

Responsibilities
- Deliver lessons and practical exercises in the field of IT specialist training — System Integration
- Teach administrative topics, e.g.: Windows and/or Linux system administration
- Networking technology (TCP/IP, basic network services)
- Active Directory, user, permissions, and role management
- Server services, virtualization and system operations
- IT support, troubleshooting, operations, and monitoring
- Create system and operational documentation
- Basics of Microsoft 365, cloud, and hybrid environments
- Prepare participants for exams (e.g., IHK — Chamber of Industry and Commerce)
- Supervise practical projects and monitor learning progress
- Document learning status and collaborate with the educational team
- Support participants with technical questions in their day-to-day learning
Requirements
- Qualification as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker), computer scientist (BA/BSc), completed IT apprenticeship, or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a trainer and/or pedagogical aptitude certificate (AEVO) desirable
- Experience with video-based remote teaching (optional)
- Knowledge of: Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Windows Server (20XX), Exchange Server/Exchange Online (365), Linux, networking and network management, IT security
- Fluent German (C1) required; English skills are an advantage
