About the role
- Upway is hiring a Senior Strategy & Planning Manager.
- The Strategy & Planning team is dealing with a wide range of topics, such as Business Planning, Financial Performance Monitoring, Pricing, and some Operational projects across Europe.
- The Senior Strategy & Planning Manager will work closely with our General Managers as well as functional Leads, taking ownership of multiple workstreams, and bringing his/her analytical and problem solving skills to help us build the global leader in light electric mobility.
- The role is based in Paris, with some travels needed across Europe (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands).
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in Finance, Strategy Consulting, Operations or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adept at extracting actionable insights from data.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (GSheets, SQL) is a must.
- Ability to plan and execute initiatives of varying durations and scales while effectively managing stakeholders.
- Proactive, innovative, and autonomous at identifying and implementing process improvements and standard methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
- Fluency in English.
