About the role

Responsibilities
- Craft and implement the strategic roadmap for network model management applications.
- Partner with product owners, technical teams, and key stakeholders to influence product design and planning.
- Translate customer needs into functional specifications and user stories, ensuring technical feasibility and business alignment.
- Manage and coordinate the efforts of multiple teams to deliver high-level outcomes and maximize product returns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend best practices to enhance products and processes.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Electrical T&D, Telecommunications, and/or Gas T&D network modeling domain(s).
- Strong analytical skills and experience in managing products and product development initiatives.
- Proven experience working with engineering teams to deliver top-tier applications.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical and business-related information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with network model management concepts, use cases, approaches, techniques, challenges and solutions (CIM, SCADA, CIS, ADMS, GIS/GNM, AEMS, DERMS).
- Proactive problem-solver with a Lean/Agile mindset.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and ability to influence stakeholders.
