About the role

Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and multi-quarter strategy for partner onboarding and integration capabilities aligned to business priorities and outcomes.
- Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap balancing near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability.
- Lead, coach, and empower a team of Product Owners across multiple workstreams.
- Partner with the Executive Engineering Lead and Release Train Engineer to determine resource mix, capacity allocation, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with peer product leaders across the customer journey to design reusable, portfolio-wide capabilities.
- Champion APIs, data integration, automation, and platform modernization.
- Use data and analytics to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong governance, regulatory alignment, and embedded risk and control practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or related experience, including leading product teams.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategies aligned to business outcomes.
- Strong business and financial acumen with experience evaluating ROI and trade-offs.
- Experience delivering digital platforms, APIs, data integrations, and automation.
- Track record leading change and transformation in complex environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
