About the role

  • Own the design and delivery of technical solutions for strategic enterprise clients
  • Lead technical discovery and map workflows, data flows, and system landscapes
  • Translate clinical and operational requirements into secure, scalable architectures
  • Build integrations and automations using OutSystems, Workato, REST/GraphQL APIs, and lightweight scripts
  • Produce structured solution designs, effort estimates, configuration documentation, and runbooks
  • Lead technical scoping, proposals, RFP responses, and proofs of concept
  • Shape SOWs and realistic delivery plans that are risk-aware and commercially sound
  • Advise clients on architecture, feasibility, best practices, and adoption strategy
  • Turn bespoke work into reusable components, patterns, and playbooks
  • Feed structured field insights into Product and Engineering to inform the roadmap and productize solutions.

Requirements

  • You are bilingual in English and French
  • Hands-on solutions builder with experience designing and implementing technical workflows, integrations, and automations for enterprise clients
  • Experience in a client-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect, Technical Product Specialist, Implementation Architect, or Professional Services Engineer)
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, eliciting requirements and translating them into clear solution designs and delivery plans
  • Broad technical scope: APIs, data modelling, workflow logic, authentication, and cloud fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with at least one of the following: low-code platforms, integration platforms (iPaaS), automation tools, or lightweight scripting
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop new capabilities
  • Commercial mindset combined with strong technical judgement
  • Strong emphasis on security, compliance, and data protection in the healthcare domain
