Responsibilities

- comfortable attending meetings both online and in person in the office
- able to use Teams and Outlook effectively, as well as Excel and Visio for documentation
- troubleshoot Incident tickets
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Java / APIs, CI/CD Pipelines
