Responsibilities
Define and coordinate the social media content strategy aligned with the brand positioning.
Create high-impact campaigns to strengthen the brand and engage the audience.
Monitor and analyze metrics, guiding strategic adjustments.
Serve as the technical reference for the team, mentoring junior and mid-level Social Media team members.
Integrate social media activities with institutional campaigns, events and corporate initiatives.
Comply with and enforce the rules, procedures and work instructions defined by the Quality, Environment and Occupational Health & Safety systems applicable to the role, as established by the company or by law.
Perform other related duties inherent to the role as directed by the immediate supervisor.
Use company-provided systems and resources appropriately to perform work in accordance with defined policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
Experience: 4 years
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Trello
Experience with video editing software
