Responsibilities
Take ownership of our communications overviews, including managing our PR agency activities tracker, to ensure everyone is aligned and nothing slips through the cracks.
Assist in managing and executing ad hoc marketing projects, such as web page launches, event planning, and broader communications tasks.
Proactively engage with internal stakeholders to ask questions, gather new information, and translate complex concepts into engaging social media content.
Oversee the content calendar (especially LinkedIn, Bluesky, and X), pitch and plan posts, assign tasks to colleagues, and ensure timely execution.
Monitor social media metrics, identify emerging trends, and provide strategic recommendations to increase visibility.
Maintain clear communication and documentation of work progress in a remote setup to support alignment and collaboration.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Experience with social media and/or project management through internships or student projects is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail and familiarity with common project management tools.
Proactive and curious, able to work independently while seeking input when needed.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Availability for a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Minimum commitment of 6 months.
