About the role

  • Serve as Senior Scrum Master specializing in digital workspace enterprise-wide services including endpoint device deployment, core IT tool sets, end user experience, secure remote connectivity, and infrastructure storm support
  • Lead agile delivery for core digital workspace functions: monitoring/observability optimization, digital experience enhancement, mainframe modernization (SAP migration via Xploration Destiny), and virtual infrastructure zero-trust capabilities
  • Support strategic efforts including tools rationalization, application simplification, and End Point Compute streamlining using Modern Device Management platform
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and adapt traditional project management elements for complex infrastructure initiatives
  • Organize and facilitate release and sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, sprint demos, retrospectives, story refining sessions, and related activities
  • Guide development teams delivering tech simplification initiatives: software asset management centralization, observability frameworks, and digital experience monitoring tools
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs for digital workplace services targeting 15% MTTR reduction
  • Facilitate transparent communication between teams delivering products, IT operations and business representatives
  • Support Voice of Customer initiatives by incorporating employee feedback into product development cycles
  • Drive productivity improvements in device management, reducing deployment readiness for storm response from 3 days to 2 hours and targeting 80% deployment speed increases
  • Champion quality standards for secure, compliant user experiences across physical and virtual ecosystems
  • Coordinate regularly with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity teams to ensure operational resilience and employee experience objectives
  • Use Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool to prepare, communicate, and share team metrics and delivery results
  • Embrace servant leadership, coach team members and stakeholders, remove impediments, and facilitate the team becoming self-managing and high-performing

Requirements

  • High School Grad / GED
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience
  • Agile certifications: CSM, CSPO, PSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, or ITIL (preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred)
  • Experience with Modern Device Management platforms, endpoint security, and enterprise observability tools
  • Knowledge of storm response/emergency management technology requirements
  • Software Asset Management and tools rationalization experience
  • Experience with Voice of Customer programs and employee experience initiatives
  • Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated success in complex technology delivery environments
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and hybrid project management for infrastructure and security initiatives
  • Experience using Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool
  • Ability to coach teams in agile sizing, backlog refinement, and servant leadership behaviors
  • Ability to coordinate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity teams
